The 6-5, 350 pound Aundrey Walker, who plays on the Offensive Line, has received a scholarship offer from Michigan. Other schools of interest in walker are Illinois, Michigan St, Notre Dame,Ohio St, Penn St, USC, and West Virginia. For his size Walker moves really well. Walker had visited Ann Arbor in February, he listed the Wolverines in his top three for favorite schools.

6-5, 220 pound Quarterback Cardale Jones has some interest in Michigan after he visited last week and attended some of the team practices. Jones says “It raised my interest level in them and I can see myself there,” Jones said after the the visit. “It really was a good vibe, especially with their quarterback situation right now. I watched film and watched their whole practice, and they run the same offense we run here at Glenville, so it would be an easy transition.” He has received offers from Cincinnati, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan St, and West Virginia.

The Wolverines are also taking a look at Linebacker Andre Sturdivant, Dana Day, Nick Davis, Shane Wynn from Glenville.

Oliver a 2011 recruit attended the Wolverines night of champions junior day with his father. “It was better then I had expected,” said Oliver. “I got to hang with Quarterback Tate Forcier and hang out his house with him, we talked about the university. “He’s a cool dude, a funny guy and outgoing,” Said Oliver.

Jarrell a 5-9 197 pound had rushed for over 1,049 yards and 12 touchdowns for his team on 151 carries as a junior. Besides the wolverines, Texas Tech, Oregon State, Texas A&M, Tulsa, Utah, are all interested in him and have been recruiting him real hard.

Oliver if recruited will return to play with a couple of his old teammates from high school. Herron and Woolfolk he had both played with, and Darryl Stonum just down the road from there. Jarrell wont make his decision till the summer or even fall time but his visit to Michigan makes his choice pretty strong.

The Safety out of Florida is exactly what the wolverines needed, after losing top defender Warren this will be a great add on to the team.

Dorsey has had trouble in the past dealing with legal issues and what not. He chose Michigan because a great football background, and he wanted to get away from his home and start fresh somewhere else.

So the youngster out of Florida will get his 2nd chance and play football with powerhouse football school “The University of Michigan.”

As a fan of Michigan, what do you think about this top recruit Michigan signed? let us know what you think about the new add on to the team. GO BLUE!

We will find out when Maryland super stud Josh Furman lets everyone else in on a decision that he has already made. He has narrowed it down to Michigan and Virginia Tech. Furman has made the decision but decided to wait to announce.

Josh Furman has college coaches drooling at the potential he possesses as a linebacker at the collegiate level. Currently Furman sits at 6’2” and weighs in around 190 pounds. The Detroit News quoted Furman after being asked about the adjustment, “I am really feeling the linebacker position,” Furman said . “I am playing with a lot of confidence. It has made me very excited about the linebacker spot. I dream about being above 200 pounds. You will see me unleash the fury once I get into the 200 club.” Furman will have to learn to play better in coverage since he spent his career chasing down anything behind the line of scrimmage carrying a football. Athleticism is his main selling point. He posted a 4.37 40-yard dash, a 4.41 short shuttle, a 10-foot-1 standing broad jump, and a 40-inch vertical leap.

The senior from Millersville, MD absolutely blew up in his most recent playoff game piling up 414 yards on 42 carries scoring 6 touchdowns in a 58-55 double overtime victory against one of the top teams in the state, Arundel High. His season stats total up to 2071 yards and 29 touchdowns in 11 games. The Wolverine faithful are feeling good vibes but we won’t know if Michigan has been good enough this year to open a present containing a commitment from this talented youngster until December 19, at the Crab Bowl; a Maryland high school all-star game.

An official visit to Michigan was the tipping point for the 6′1″ 190 lb safety, “I love that place.” Johnson made it known that he has bonded with fellow recruits, Ricardo Miller and Kenny Watkins to name a few. The talented youngster made mom happy as Michigan was her choice. Johnson plays on a defense that averages less than 10 points per game at the highest level of high school football in the state of Louisiana.

Archbishop Rummel heads into action on Saturday when it takes its 9-0 record into the 5A district championship.
