3rd QTR. Michigan 24-20

ND kicksoff to michigan to start the half, they kick it off to #9 Odoms as he runs to the 28 yard line.  first play Forcier throw pass to get a first down, Forcier on 1st down again fakes a pass and runs for 7 yards.  2nd and 3 QB runs it for 4 yards to get the first down.  Brandon Minor gets the ball and runs it for 16 yards. Minor again runs it and breaks tackels to for a 32 yard run to the goaline.  2nd and goal michigan Forcier fumbles the ball but recovers it.  3rd and goal michigan they toss it Minor around the corner but flag on Michigan holding call and play is declined bringin it to 4th down.  4th and goal michigan brings the FG unit out and attempts a 27 yard FG but kicks it NO GOOD. 20-17 still with 11:28 in the 3rd.  ND first play on O gets a holding call, bringin them to 1st and 20 on the 10.  Clausen throws a short pass to Tate to get a 9 yard gain, 2 and 11.  QB Clausen throws again to#3 to get the first down on the 32 yard line.  Clausen hands it off but RB and he fumbles the ball and Michigan recovers. Qb Forcier hands it off to Minor again for a 7 yard gain on the 20. Tate hands it off to #4 again and runs to he goaline, next play he gets 2 yards and fumbles the ball but he recovers it on the 8 yard line. coach Rod puts Denard in again and gains 4.  Next play forcier throws TD pass to #86  the Tight End for the score as Michigan takes the lead 24-20 with 8:00 min left in the 3rd.   Michigan kicksoff off to ND to # 21 and he runs up the field for 52 yards to the 45 yard line.  1st and 10 ND Michigan stops RB in the backfield.  2nd and 11 michigan sends the heat and Clausen throws the ball away.  3rd and 11 Clausen gets pressured and QB throws it to the ground, 4th and 11 ND punts it away in the endzone, Michigan will get it at the 20 yardline.  The time is 6:45 Michigan takes over and Minor runs it for a 2 yard run, 2 and 9.  Forcier throws pass to Mathews  but throws it to far out of bounds and is 3rd and 9.  Screen pass to # 23 Brown and runs it for the first down for a 17 yard gain.  Forcier sneaks it in for 4 yards, 2nd and 6.   3rd and 5 with Grady gets the ball but is stopped and is 4th and 2. Michigan looks like they are goin for it but QB Tate punts it away to the 4 yard line.  Clausen throws deep pass down to Golden Tate and Michigan is called for the flag Pas Interference.  Ball on the 18 yard line Clausen throws to TE who runs it to the house,  is coming back because of a holding call on ND.  1st and 20 ND on the 9 throws to Floyd for a 12 yard gain, next play short pass is dropped by Golden tate, now 3rd and 8 on the 18 yard line, Clausen gets pressured and throws it up to Golden Tate but the Michigan D holds again.  Punt is rolled to the 36  yard line and Michigan will take it over.  QB Forcier hands it off to senior Rb Minor for 6 yards.  Tate forcier rolls off and flips it to the TE Koger for a 20 yard gain and 1st down, next play Minor runs it for a 2 yard gain and clock is at 1:00 in the 3rd qtr.  2nd and 8 Carlos Brown runs it for 6 yard gain, and final play of the 3rd quarter.  Michigan 24-20 after 3 quarters.
