ND from the 35 throws to Floyd for a 35 yard gain. Clausen throws another to golden Tate for another first down. clausen 8-12 for 122 yards.  Allen 4 yard rush to the 4 yard line.  2nd and goal ND, Clausen throws to Tate for the TD, score 10-14 Michigan with 12:34 in the 2nd.  ND kicks off and Michigan Odoms runs to about the 25 yard line.  Michigan first 2 plays nothing goin, as they make it to 3rd and 11.  Qb  Tate runs a sneak and gets 6 yards but doesnt get the 1st, and punts to ND.  ND holding on the first play, and delay of game on the secong play, ND 1st and 25 on the 15.  Clausen throws a pass to #3 Floyd for a 33 yard pass to the 50.  Next play same thing Clausen throws deep to the endzone as #6 warren swats it away, 2 and 10 ND. !st down ND as Allen runs 10 yards to the 40.  #45 ezeh with roughing the passer brings the irish to the 12 yard line.  ND QB Clausen throws a fade into the back corner of the endzone as ND scores and takes the lead, 17-14 with 7:00 min in the 2nd.  Michigan on the 18 as Tate gets sacked but Defenseive holding on the Irish helps the Wolverines out. Denard Robinson gets put into the game and first play runs and looks to run first and only gets a yard.  Michigan brings tate back in and he throws bad pass on 3rd and throws another bad pass on 3rd down and michigan looks to punt with 5:58 in the 2nd.  Mesko punts and Nd will have great field position as they will take the ball on the 48 yard line.  RB Allen runs a 15 yard gain and approaching 100 yards in the first half.  2 and 11 ND runs and Michigan holds now 3rd and 10 on the 28.  Clausen in the gun, flag thrown as he calls and brings the ND back and now its 3rd and 15 on  the 32, Clausen  throws a short pass but comes up short. 4th and 8 ND and they kick the 42 yard field bringin the score 20-14 ND with 2:41 left.  Michigan will start off at the 30 yard line, as Forcier is sacked behind the line.  2nd down forcier throws a 23 yard pass to Stonum to the 50.  Denard comes in the game and runs for 14 yards.  Forcier runs for 3 yards and it is 2nd and 7 with 1:00 left.  Michigan tries the reverse play and they get stuffed in the backfield.  Forcier throws on 2rd down but overthrows his reciever. 4th and 11 Michigan as forcier throws on the run out of bounds to Mathews to get the first down on the 22 yard line. Flag on ND and Michigan on the last play will off set and with 10 sec left 1st and 10 michigan on the 22 still. Forcier thorws the ball away before he got sacked and now Michigan will bring the FG unit out and try a 39 yard FG and is good with 0 sec left. ND up 20-17 at the half.
